There are some Splash Owner's Association members who choose not to offer their unit for rent through the developer's rental program. They prefer instead to offer their unit as a "For Rent By Owner" rental so that guests may contact them directly or in some cases the local representative they have contracted with to handle the booking, cleaning, etc. of their unit.
